For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

We drove almost 3 hours from out of state to purchase a Telluride and were very impressed. They don't mark their new cars up over MSRP like many other Kia dealerships and they honor the trade amount they quote prior to appraisal. I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order. The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March. I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldn't have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M. In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out. Thank you, Amos, Gerald, and the entire Superior Kia (Cincinnati) Team. I highly recommend this team for your next Kia car!

Great dealership. Salesman Kevin Hyde is professional and straight-forward, listened to what I had in mind, no pressure, funny, and kind. I didn't have to be concerned that he would say one thing and do something different or give me a bunch of b.s. like at some places I went to.
