All the service staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I was given an approximate time of completion of the work and my Kia was finished being serviced accordingly. Great car all fully loaded inside noises very low on out side. Sun food open for tented window ur fully open for sunshine and fresh air

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.
