For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I purchased my Telluride at Becken Masten. They are the only ones who have serviced my car as in oil changes etc. always easy to make and appointments, very friendly workers and services always done in a timely manner.

Margo is my customer service person and she has always been so kind and willing to serve. I was placed in an uncomfortable position this last visit. It was an extra additional service in which I had clearly declined each of the 5 times it was offered. As soon as she realized the mistake, she owned up to it and covered me on it. I did appreciate her desire to make good on the mistake, and her willingness to clear me in it.

Outstanding performance! Madison took great care if me and kept me updates on my car?s status. I will be back next service time. Great experience!

My only issue is that the car i was interested in was sold well before I came to look at it and despite asking through the online chat feature for the availability I never received anything prior to my visit. This disconnect between actual inventory and that listed on Cars.com shouldn't have happened. Otherwise I am satisfied with the vehicle I did end up purchasing and the monthly cost is fair for a new vehicle.
