An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

Took too much time. There was TV, coffee, and water for free. From the appointment time, it took 2 and a half hours for the service.

He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. The only negative thing I can say about Parkway Kia is the fact that when I pointed out that my mailing address was incorrect on the final paperwork, the saleswoman assured me she would make sure my title went to the correct address. She did not and I have to pay to have it corrected. My experience with the service department was STELLAR last week. CJ and the rest of the team were great! CJ answered all of our questions and went out of his way to get answers he did not know. I HIGHLY recommend Parkway Kia. I love my 2024 Forte!
