New and used 2026 Kia K5 GT FWD for sale near Bedford Heights, OH

I came in to have my tire fixed/replaced. I was hesitant about going to the dealership because of some previous not-so-good experiences. The service manager introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him about my tire and confessed to not feeling comfortable being at the dealership because of past experiences. He assured me the dealership was under new management and he is the person to seek out if I have any service issues whatsoever. He told me about his goals under the new leadership. He did not sound like a sales person at all, but instead, like a leader wanting to fix what was broken. He asked if I would reconsider having my car serviced here. He promised to try to resolve any forthcoming issues I may experience. I decided "sure, what's there to lose?". After my tire was fixed (1.5 hours later without an appointment), I made an appointment for an oil change later this month. Hopefully I will receive the same courteous and professional behaviour! I always feel taken care of when getting a service performed at this dealer. The service staff are friendly and super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good overall experience. Victor was great making sure our growing families needs were met. The location went out of it's way to make sure we were able to get the deal done even after hours due to our busy schedule.

Had scheduled maintenance (oil change and tires rotated) last week . Was greeted upon arrival, text updates kept me apprised and when finished they walked me to my car and even helped me with adjustments to vehicle windshield displays.

My time frame was tight, but the team went above and beyond to complete my transaction quicker than I expected. Excellent support from sales and finance.

I bought my 3rd car at Spitzer last month. Salesperson Hazim "Izzy" Ideis was super helpful and patient, even though he was recovering from surgery and I came in late in the day. He listened to what was important to me and provided insight and feedback without being pushy. The whole experience was easy and I'm pleased with the car and the financing process. Izzy will be my "go to" car guy for as long as he's in the business.

She was very informative, friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. One of the best things about taking my car in for an oil change is the price for the first time, FREE.

Service team is great and they never try to up-sell just because. Everything is presented clearly. This past issue needed a part and Chris knew I was travelling and didn’t want me to drive with the light on even though the issue was a sensor and OK to drive. He was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It’s why I keep driving over from the East Side.

JJ was the best while purchasing my car.i told him what I wanted ...he found it...most friendly down to earth salesman I ever met. Referred him to my daughter and he sold her a car.that in itself was a big challenge.😁
