New and used 2026 Kia K5 for sale near Addison, IL

My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! While I was at the Kia dealership, everyone I talked to or worked with, i.e. the Finance Manager, Frank Villalobos - the Customer Service Manger - was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I had a great experience at Kia. My salesperson Izaiah has been on top of everything and follows through with anything I asked. I needed some things done and they made sure I had a loaner for the day. Many dealers no longer have loaners. I bought the Telluride and I love it. Handles great and very plush inside.

Saleswoman was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her job Melissa guided me to the purchase of the car guite skillfully however the financing portion of the transaction was not to good I ended up financing a extended warranty that I will probably never use had I read the contract thoroughly I would not of accepted that extra warranty but I signed the contract so I will have to pay

OMG Kiki is by far the best sales person I've ever worked with. She identified the pain points my wife and I were having with our previous vehicle. She showed how the Carnival would literally fix everyone. She reassured me through the whole process that I was making the right decision. The whole team worked so well. I honestly felt like I was back in my hometown of Cincinnati OH, buying a car not from a sales person, but rather a friend/family. The sales team, GM and all create such a relaxing, non-pressure environment. Never once did I feel like they were trying to screw me or push something on me. confusing, as to where to find your premisses. Need better signage. Should also inform help to close doors behind them when the temp is 90+

When I pulled up to the service department at Rohrman Kia, I was greeted by Fil, the service manager. He was polite and immediately started my oul change and servicing of my 2025 Kia.

Carlos made the car buying experience fast and straightforward. It was literally accomplished in under an hour. During the selection process he was available to talk or text and promptly answered all our questions. Very helpful.

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home.
