my sales person was Sarah Mitchell, and I gotta tell ya she spent a lot of time with me and every question I had she answered anything they say at work as a team if she had something she wasn’t sure she had other people around there were right there ready to help when I called in for a question, I got another gentleman and he said he would solve it for me and he did come. I just said before it was truly a pleasure working with all of the people there they were very knowledgeable and courteous.

I'm 70 years old so I have been to many dealerships for service over the years. I have been consistently impressed with the service and the employees at SS Kia. Makayla Mason was another example of the caring culture this dealership has created. Makayla was "on it". Very professional, extremely nice and she engendered confidence in the calm way she handled every single aspect of my service call. SS Kia clearly has the best service department I have ever experienced. In barely 2 years I have bought 2 Kia's and I have loved them both, especially my 2023 Sportage. Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

My service provider was Robby. I made the app on Tue for Thur. I got in and out in about 45 min. It was routine oil change but still I was in and out very quickly.
