first of all, I had a major engine issue something I’ve never dealt with before I was taken care of by a young man named Darius Roberts. Apparently he had been new on the job, but he handled my issue very professionally. He was straight up about everything that I needed to have to supply for the warranty to look into the issue of my engine, he was honest and straight up about cost of and timing. As far as me being patient he answered my phone calls. He answered all my questions and he was very direct and very professional over a six week period or so he was able to negotiate with the warranty company, which was intern able to put in a new engine in my car. I realize that this was a really big issue and it took a lot of negotiating and also a lot of communication with me to provide him with the proper receipts and things needed to accomplish the repair of my car so I believe that it was great experience and Darius did an excellent job in the end I was able to get my car repaired and pay the cost for just looking into the engine which he had already quoted to me upfront there were no surprises the professionalism the communication I really appreciate it so I will give him a 10.

This place is amazing!!! A huge shout out to Lance Bell and Dave. They went above and beyond for us to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We live in PA and although the dealership was an hour and a half away it was soooo worth the drive!!

This was my first time car shopping so I didn't know what to expect or how to go about things. Then Dale came and took care of me and it was exactly what I needed. He relieved the tension because I was with my father and felt he would pressure me into a car I wouldn't want. But dale came and was awesome he gave me a nice run through and helped me narrow it down and showed me really nice selections. He just made it nice and easy and I felt really comfortable. The service department was very courteous and kept me informed of the recall process. The waiting area was clean and had several varieties of snacks and beverages while you waited. Vehicle washed after recalls were completed.

We had a few hiccups at first, but it worked out well. Damon has been great!
