As always, treated with respect and repairs are explained before work is done. Service writer and mechanics are good at what they do. Waiting area is clean and relaxing.

I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!

We were visiting from out of town when our car started having issues. With no appointment, we stopped by the Kia dealership and were lucky enough to be helped by Tracy. She went above and beyond to get us in quickly, and within just a couple of hours, we were back on the road. Tracy’s professionalism, kindness, and urgency turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. We’re so grateful she made time for us and helped us continue our vacation without major delays. On May 17th we were traveling and our Kia Sorento cruise quit working. We headed to the nearest Kia dealership to have it analyzed to determine the cause. Your dealership was closest. By the time we arrived the cruise had started working again. Your staff worked us in, knowing we were traveling, and went on a test drive with us to see if the cruise would malfunction again but it did not. They said it must be malfunctioning to be able to find the cause. They apologized. for being unable to help. The young man who drove with us was wonderful, and answered a few questions I had about the steering! When we were ready to leave, the office staff said their was no charge. I was dumfounded. What a pleasure to work with your service department. We were very impressed. Thank you to all of them.

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!!
