Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

my sales person was Sarah Mitchell, and I gotta tell ya she spent a lot of time with me and every question I had she answered anything they say at work as a team if she had something she wasn’t sure she had other people around there were right there ready to help when I called in for a question, I got another gentleman and he said he would solve it for me and he did come. I just said before it was truly a pleasure working with all of the people there they were very knowledgeable and courteous.

My experience with the salesman of Caleb was perfect. Caleb goes over and above to be informative listens to my questions and is precise knowledgeable about his vehicles. Everything is good that I experienced there except my front tires need to be balanced. I can feel it when I was driving home.

It was very nice experience working with Ms Keri Canfield. She took time to explain the needed work of me Sorento and communicated the progress of work also. Although the tech couldn't identify the slow leak issue of my front tire, she told me to bring it back to service if the problem still exist.
