My experience was very pleasant because my sales consultant was very informative. He asked questions which helped ensure the car I purchased was right for me. He reviewed my car maintenance schedule which I understand because of my previous lease. I purchased my car Saturday and he called me Monday. I am very happy with my new lease.

This is our 5th business with Halleen Kia and Jim take good care us for the third time. He made sure we will get what we need. He is already part of the family, he always keep checking on us on how we are doing. We are not really looking for a car but due to unfortunate circumstances we lost our vehicle and we need a replacement. Funny part is Jim just greeted me anniversary for taking the vehicle couple years ago. And I mentioned to him what happened and on the spot he took care of what we need.. He is really sweet, kind, and awesome. My family will always be thankful to him and I highly recommend him!!!

I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues
