I love the Mark Kia dealership in Scottsdale because they have the best customer service! I live in Tempe but chose to come to this specific location because of their amazing service and attitude. The employees are always updating us on our car. I love Mrs.Cori and her energy that she gives. She’s always super sweet and helpful.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. This is my second purchase from Wade at Martin Swanty. This time I had a specific car in mind (which I test drove) but when I arrived a 2019 Kia Sportage was in the process of being traded in. I drove it with Devin (Wade was finishing with another customer) and Devin was very relaxed and respectful. He let me drive where I wanted so I could get the full feel of the car without rushing or pushing me whatsoever. Wade and Devin made the purchase pretty seamless, with fair price given on my trade (I had already checked Kelly Blue Book). A number one experience! From the first phone call to the delivery of my new vehicle at my home 60 miles away the very next day, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone was so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I spoke with 3 people by phone and 1 in person at the delivery. They all seemed very happy in their jobs and went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership. The box below does not offer a Kia for a make, but I bought a Kia Telluride.

Great pricing and maybe more important Jimmy was very clear and transparent on pricing. Much appreciated especially when other dealers are listing low prices and then adding massive "market adjustment" fees and hiding other adders like security or paint coating into the pricing. They also managed the transaction remotely and delivered the vehicle out of state.
