3 recalls required, 2 requiring parts. Confirmed parts onsite and scheduled service. Service writer wasn't available on arrival and another associate took responsibility immediately. Courtesy shuttled home, was called when service was done and shuttle picked me up, all taken care of in less than 1 day. All personnel were friendly, courteous and responsive to my concerns. Very good experience regarding all aspects of service. I recommend MK Smith.

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

I recommend because they give me a excellent service and have a kindness and helpful workers.

Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp.

This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price. I needed a new car. I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have. I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car. No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!

so far so good , this is our third kia , this k5 being the best and most comfortable . me being a car guy I enjoy the power and confidence this car has along with great fuel economy. the style is also not going out of date for few years as some do after the first yr or so.

picked up a 2024 GT-Line this week, it drives like a dream. 10/10 would recommend! sporty, comfortable and sleek. was impressed by the trunk space and rear-seat(s) leg room.

I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

I love my K5 it’s fast and reliable. Entering onto the highway is quick and smooth, I get that quick take off that’s needed. Also my first winter was great. I never got stuck I could always get out. The comfort is great the enterior is sharp. The outside has a different look and style of its own class. Love my K5

Leased a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and we loved it! Our lease was up this year and a week ago we purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT- Line. We love everything about this car, the style, the color (wolf grey) leather seat, heated steering wheel and seat plus more! Went to Kia of Darmouth and had a great experience with Keith B- he helped us in 2021 as well.

Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?
