After two years of researching the perfect car for our family, my husband and I finally made the leap and purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid Prestige — and we couldn’t be happier! We had originally test driven the car at another dealership, but the experience there was terrible. We felt extremely pressured, and they even tried to charge us $7,000 over MSRP. Determined to find a better option, we researched other dealerships and found Kirby Kia of Ventura. I submitted a quote request online and was contacted the very same day by Deanna. She gave us a no-nonsense, fair offer — no pressure, no games — and we instantly knew this was the dealership we wanted to work with. Deanna went above and beyond to help us, even while she was out of town. She connected us with Guillermo, who met us at the dealership to finalize everything.
