However, the guys (Joe, Matt, and Scott) at Marshall did the best job possible making sure I was comfortable with the process, and happy with vehicle I was purchasing. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order. The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March. I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldn't have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M. In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out.
