Small family own dealership with lots of cars! This was our second stop of the day looking at the same csr model from the previous “big name” dealership. We told the sales people at LeSueur what we needed as far as numbers and they got it done 👍🏼

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

Helped set up many things in my new car, like when you get a new cell phone and figure it out. New cars often have more buttons, and every button has a meaning. I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.
