One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. After two decades of visits, I can confidently say that Kia of Old Saybrook’s service department, led by Steve, has earned my complete trust. Just brought in our 2021Seltos for the piston ring inspection. Service rep Marissa and Service manager Reuben and his technician were so very polite, assuring, and informative. They always go a step beyond in servicing our Seltos and earn my rating as Excellent !
