I went from the 2017 Niro Hybrid to the 2021 PHEV and was shocked to learn that the car no longer chimed at me as I pulled forward to park! Though the window sticker says "Parking Distance Warning Forward/Reverse", the dealer later told me now only available for reverse? Seems stupid when you have backup camera to keep the reverse warning, but lose the forward parking chime??

I negotiated my price prior to coming to the dealership. Picked up the Jeep to test drive and was happy with the vehicle. Andy the sales associate I was working with had me fill out credit app and in about 15 min. we walked over to finance. Finance was quick and painless. I was out the door with my new Jeep in about 1.5 hours. Much better than my past experience.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. After purchasing the Kia Niro Phev I found it was really a better fit for my situation than I expected. I work within the 26 miles from my home . I can charge at both places. So really the EV portion stood out with unexpectedly higher fuel mileage. It isn’t the largest but comfortable . It isn’t the fastest but so efficient my average is well over 120 mpg. The warranties are really good for the battery

If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

I arrived for scheduled servicing and received a friendly greeting upon arrival. The check-in process was easy and uneventful. I was informed that there was a recall notice on my vehicle and was given the option to have it taken caree of and how much extra time would be involved. I agreed to the service. Everything was taken care of within the time given and my vehicle was returned to me freshly washed.

Worked with Cosmin on a used Porsche Cayenne. Very friendly and professional salesman with a no-xx attitude. Didn't leave me waiting around excessively during price negotiation, and was willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with. this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.
