Not sure what to say. I need help getting the truck I like most. Have to see what happens.

Great car, I have not seen another on the road, but extremely efficient and comfortable. Plenty of room inside for trips to the hardware store. Love it!

After purchasing the Kia Niro Phev I found it was really a better fit for my situation than I expected. I work within the 26 miles from my home . I can charge at both places. So really the EV portion stood out with unexpectedly higher fuel mileage. It isn’t the largest but comfortable . It isn’t the fastest but so efficient my average is well over 120 mpg. The warranties are really good for the battery

EASILY the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Sara Studer was my salesperson and she was AMAZING! She's sooo friendly and helpful. There was zero pressure and she spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and she seriously delivered! I can't recommend her enough and I will 100% be telling everyone to go see her for a vehicle. There was no annoying back and forth, the manager and financing guy (Adam) was super helpful and personable. There was no pressure at any point which was super refreshing. I did purchase the Simonize protection for the interior & exterior because it's a no-brainer for the price. They made a customer for life!!

this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.

I located the car on Cars.com and contacted the dealership. Quick responses from the dealership. Pricing was fairly straightforward. Sales and finance personnel were professional and friendly.

Lots of technology. May take a while to comprehend it all. Good ride, handling, fit and finish. Fabulous mileage. Spacious inside for something small enough to park this well.

I really like this car. I love being able to avoid the gas station for months at a time and using a more responsible form or energy. The mileage is also incredible :500 miles on one tank, and of course 24 "free" electric miles every time you charge it up. The charger can get dicey: you have to make sure it is fully inserted into the port. Also, be aware that this model comes with no spare, only a "can of goop", which is not going to be able to repair a serious flat. There have been transmission problems reported with this model. Mine was actually bought back by Kia from the original owner because of a transmission problem. But, all in all, I really enjoy owning this car.

I went from the 2017 Niro Hybrid to the 2021 PHEV and was shocked to learn that the car no longer chimed at me as I pulled forward to park! Though the window sticker says "Parking Distance Warning Forward/Reverse", the dealer later told me now only available for reverse? Seems stupid when you have backup camera to keep the reverse warning, but lose the forward parking chime??

Very friendly, honest dealers. Open about what we were paying for, and quite flexible in negotiations. Patiently and fully answered our questions. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
