Car is awesome! Bought a barely driven 2018 model, and it is by far the best car ive ever had. Roomy, lots of advanced features to use, easy, smooth and exellent handling. Only thing I could wish in this one is a tiny bit quicker acceleration, theres a splitsecond pause before 1 and second gear, but its tiny details only and it is quick and feels powerful.. I personally love the look and think it stands out. It has a luxurious feeling to it, the handling is very responsive. Beautiful details both inside and out. Uses very little fuel and can go quite a distance on electricity alone. Its a thrill to drive it every morning, Love it

When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. This is a good looking hybrid plug in car with loads of features that come standard. It's comfortable and gets great gas mileage. Love this car.

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

After enjoying 3 Honda Accords, I finally switched to a Plug-In Hybrid Kia Optima EX Premium 2020. In the first month, I averaged 2,3 litres/100 km in fuel economy (60.7 mpg US). In fact, in my day-to-day commuting (20 km), I only use the EV mode. The 2 l. gas engine comes on idling as a generator only when the heater/AC or the defrosting is too demanding, or after about 40 km of pure EV driving, it takes up the power and then it's also silky-smooth with its 6-speed automatic transmission (gladly not a CVT!) and sips only 5,8 l/100 km. Otherwise, I REALLY enjoy the complete silence and the torquey accelerations of the electric motor on green lights. I plug it every night and I wake up to a fresh new battery every morning. I always have about 900 extra km autonomy on gas, but I mainly drive it in electric mode. The ride is extremely smooth and quiet. The interior is very roomy and comfortable. Chassis feels very solid and high-quality. Steering is precise. The equipment is complete, from the panoramic moonroof, heated leather steering wheel, heated and cooled leather seats with 10 electric adjustments, to all the programmable driving aids like intelligent Cruise-Control, Lane-Maintaining Assist, 360⁰ cameras, 2-zone AC, 10-speakers Harman-Kardon sound system, Apple CarPlay, automatic rain-detecting wipers, self-dimming headlights, LED lighting all around including new foglights, directional and self-levelling headlights etc. The addition of a big battery behind the backseat spreads the weight over the long wheelbase, so they beefed-up the rear suspension and the ride feels very well balanced and composed. It's not a sports car but, thanks to the newly-revised dampers and links, it rides like an expensive European sedan on any type of pavement. Really stable. The only faults are the size of the trunk (which will not allow many big suitcases like regular sedans do) and the non-foldable rear seat. Also, it will not start to heat up while plugged-in. Built in Hwaseong, South Korea, the Plug-In Hybrid Kia shows perfect fit and finish. I'm really impressed!

My Kia Optima plug-in is beautiful, comfortable, handles very well, and barely uses any fuel - what more could one want in a car? Oh yeah - free charging stations in primo parking spaces! It's been fun to discover free charging stations with the Kia's charging station finder function - so far, Santa Cruz CA is my favorite. It has a couple free charging stations right downtown next to shopping, restaurants, etc. It makes my day to drive down there on the battery, plug it in, go to the beach or take a hike, and then drive back home on the battery. Who needs fossil fuels?

I love the car but have had a few issues. 1. The backup camera doesn?t always shut off or turn on when it should 2. My coast light comes on intermittently 3. My heat doesn?t always work Taking it in for these issues. Otherwise, the car performs well and after 5000 miles and only 5 tanks of gas- I?d say it?s well worth a few headaches. I owned the 4 cylinder Optima prior and comparatively- this is way better!

the options are outstanding , and for the type of driving I do around town I get on average of 2.5l/100kms or over 2000kms per tankful . the car is solid from the closing of the doors to the firm but comfortable ride .I would recommend to any person looking for quality and good value .

The comfort level of the car is excellent. Love the seat and the panoramic roof. The fuel economy is excellent too. Though there are a few things that kept it from a full 5 star: - No 360 camera, no rain sensor, no lane keep assist (only lane departure warning). These features are all present in non-US models. Not sure why US models are not getting them. - The car got a bit body roll in corners. Not a dealbreaker but the handling would have been great if this is improved.

Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. This Plug-in Hybrid has the power when you need it, the amazing MPG when you are driving normally and a ton of style with an amazing technology package. This is the best car that I have ever driven. sure I have ahd other cars with more power or more style, but when you add the technology package with the ecological impact, this is a no-brainer. I've had the car for almost 4 months, and have only filled the tank 4 times. It's a 16 gal tank. Luckily I can use the electric engine for my commute to/from work (22 miles each way), without any gas, so I am only using gas when I go beyond the 22 mile electric charge. Even then, on the hybrid engine, I am getting 55-60 MPG. Including the electric engine, I'm averaging 150 MPG for the life of the car, thus far.

Was provided good service with them. I went to check out a Nissan Sentra for my daughter but came out with 2020 Kia Soul which was better/ comfortable car. Smooth finance team and process. My only advice is if you buy a Kia make sure you know if your current insurance will cover the car and look at the cost. That was my mistake (it was on a Sunday) because I was told things were good with insurance company's covering Kia. I was going to return the Kia and get something else because they don't have a return policy. But, my daughter loves the car but will trade it in about 5 months and get something else from Atlanta Used Cars.
