Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

Nwail (sales) and Karina (financing) provided a pleasant, informative, prompt experience. I really appreciate their non-pushy approach to selling vehicles. They both made the whole process comfortable.

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! We have been driving our Rio for just over one year. It's not a luxury car, but we didn't want to spend a larger amount. Our most pleasant surprise is the gas mileage: it has consistently been between 42 and 45 MPG. We do live in the country, so we drive about 15 miles each way to town on a country highway that has a speed limit of 55. We did have an intermittent, annoying electrical problem, but our dealership was able to resolve the problem by the next morning. All-in-all we are very pleased with the performance and comfort, and the acceleration is quite satisfactory.

Only problem , it started rusting second yr on trunk window area and trunk opening . Never have had that happen before . Never had a car ever do this

I love this vehicle so much I would recommend to a friend. I am always letting friends and family know that I love my Rio, it is a small compact and is easy to manuever, the radio is the best I have ever had in a car. The car is reliable and gets me through summer, winter and all seasons. The price is reasonable and may want to buy another one in the near future.

I drive this car for work 80 miles everyday. Currently at 68k miles. Absolutely no major mechanical issues. The little engine has a surprising amount of power, mated to its smooth shifting 6 speed automatic. I’m 6’1” and still fit “comfortably” inside. I did add a center console with armrest for more storage and comfort. My only complaints: -Door panels are hard plastic, not comfortable to rest your elbow. -Not much sound deadening in the car. A good set of tires is a must for a quiet ride. You hear everything. Overall this is an excellent commuter, spare car, or first car. Very reliable with great styling.

I've had my 2021 kia rio hatchback since October '21. It is a solid reliable subcompact. It performs fine, and has enough power for its size. Wireless connectivity is a plus. Nice sound system. My only disappointment is no telescoping steering wheel (I'm tall) but you adjust, Very happy with this car!

Barbara Bloss, my sales rep at Horne Kia met me at the dealership for the first time and was instantly smiling, friendly and inviting. Our meeting was brief but within 15 minutes she had understood my offer and translated it into a form for submission to the sales manager. My offer was not immediately accepted but taken under advisement. She said she would keep me informed.About a week and a half later she contacted me with the news that my offer had been accepted. We arranged to conclude the transaction with her delivering the car to a location about 200 miles from the dealership.. We met completed the transaction, I am extremely pleased and as a shining star for Horne Kia.

There is no arm rest in the middle. I love the car. It gets me from point A to point B. I recommend this car.
