I made an appointment for Wednesday September 3rd At 9:30 AM. Grant, the service advisor, was very punctual, polite, and friendly. We discussed future maintenance on my vehicle based on mileage and I was happy to note that he is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

There is no arm rest in the middle. I love the car. It gets me from point A to point B. I recommend this car.

Only problem , it started rusting second yr on trunk window area and trunk opening . Never have had that happen before . Never had a car ever do this

I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

I had a wonderful experinece shopping for a used car at Carmax in Torrance. The entire staf was helpful and kind. The salesman made the process very easy.

I drive this car for work 80 miles everyday. Currently at 68k miles. Absolutely no major mechanical issues. The little engine has a surprising amount of power, mated to its smooth shifting 6 speed automatic. I’m 6’1” and still fit “comfortably” inside. I did add a center console with armrest for more storage and comfort. My only complaints: -Door panels are hard plastic, not comfortable to rest your elbow. -Not much sound deadening in the car. A good set of tires is a must for a quiet ride. You hear everything. Overall this is an excellent commuter, spare car, or first car. Very reliable with great styling.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. The ride is great compered to another cars I tested. I has USB ports and much more.

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

This car meets my needs. Has great gas mileage. Small but has decent amount of space. Great car to drive in the city especially when needing to park. Runs very smooth. Also an eco friendly vehicle.

I've had my 2021 kia rio hatchback since October '21. It is a solid reliable subcompact. It performs fine, and has enough power for its size. Wireless connectivity is a plus. Nice sound system. My only disappointment is no telescoping steering wheel (I'm tall) but you adjust, Very happy with this car!

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! I fell in love with the unique exterior look and then was surprised at the spacious comfortable interior that had the elegant dash with every update I needed. Love the roomy hatchback feature, and the power and pickup is excellent and easy to drive.

2021 Rio Hatchback- I am quite happy with this car. Handles fine, great fuel milage, plenty of power for it's size (and I love its size) Wish it had a telescopic steering wheel, but you adjust. Apple CarPlay and 8" touchscreen is great.
