The store is very nice as well the people that works there. The transaction is quick and make it ease. The store help me take care my car rental return. They offered me good snacks and good hot coffee to relieved me from a cold winter. The car I bought is very good very clean and looks like new. This is one of my satisfaying purchased I made in life and I definitely recommend this store.
On a Sunday I inquired about a used car Byers Kia was showing on line. By 8:00 I had two responses. Jared, the first response was the salesperson I worked with. I drove up from Cincinnati on Monday morning. The entire staff was great to work with. They offered me a fair trade in. We agree on a price for the new car. The transaction was quick and I drove the car new car him that day. Thank you Jared!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had scheduled an appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was told it will take a little over an hour but it was ready and washed in around 30 minutes. I am completely satisfied with service at Byers KIA.
I walked into the dealership for a particular vehicle. Upon being greeted by whom ended up being my salesman, Bill Green, I told them exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The team immediately went to work trying to meet my needs. I was asking for a large discount on the marked price and they came extremely close. Close enough that it was within my budgets wiggle room. I was happy enough with that and liked the vehicle so I purchased it. The only complaint I have is the vehicle I purchased is a high performance vehicle and the tires on the car are in need of replacement. I of course tried to work this this into the deal but they were unwilling. So after spending over $25k for a used vehicle, I have to spend an additional $1200+ for new tires (they are bad enough the car won't stay straight in the rain).
Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Much shorter than anticipated.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Well deserved platitudes aside, Kyle is an abnormally transparent car salesman, who tirelessly works all angles to make your experience end with you not only excited about your new Kia...but convinced no better deal exists....even if he has to 'dealer-trade' to acquire the specific model/trim/color/etc. vehicle you want (as were 3 of our 5).
If you've EVER purchased a (new) vehicle before, you know the most dour employee in any dealership is the proverbial cantankerous General Manager (also the least likely employee you'll ever meet).
5 Byers Kia's > 3 different GM's. New GM Tom Cole fits this description UNTIL you find yourself in a griping handshake, with his promise of
"I will go get you the car you want...no matter what it takes...trust me"
My immediate reply (jaded from multitudes of such interactions) was
"mmhmm yea okay". Long story short, my wife LOVES her new Sportage.
I contacted Byers Kia a few days ago about a car, the first reply had absolutely nothing to do with the car but was just trying to get me into the door, after I replied to yet another message from them (they send quite a lot) I finally reach a human who tells me what I wanted to know. Overall good, I just would like to see way less messages and a helpful response before they decide to bombard me with unrelated emails.
I had a great sale with Kyle he knew exactly what I came for and worked with me to get me in my MDX. I wanted my payment at a certain price the finance team along with Kyle came up with a price very hard to beat. I love my new vehicle.
Clean/modern waiting area with free refreshments. I was able to work via the free wifi on my computer while my car was being serviced. Service Adviser Heather was knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions.
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.
This was a nice place to buy a used car. They let me test drive the car on my own. They provided all of the information I asked for. They were reasonable when it came to negotiating the final price. My biggest critique is that when it came to doing the paperwork, they pushed pretty hard to sell several types of additional coverage. Be strong and direct with your position and they pretty quickly reduced the prices of the coverages. Overall this was generally a good experience. Also Licking County has a relatively low sale tax especially if you’re coming from Columbus. The drive is definitely worth the effort.
