I own the 2023 Kia Seltos S. At age 23 years old, its the perfect car for me to travel around in. It gets me to and from work, and still has plenty of space for passengers and suitcases for a long weekend trip. I have the FWD option, and its a gas saver. I drive 60% city, and 40% highway, and I've so far managed to average 35 mpg, that's two more than estimated. I picked the two tone roof option which I highly recommend as it makes finding your car a breeze in the parking lot. It has the right amount of comfort, and technology for a crossover sitting at $25k. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough!

Wanted to get a truck, was juggled around at first but then got in touch with Big Jeff and he was able to help me get the truck I wanted. Just purchased in December 2022 I only have 1100 miles on it. So far I'm loving this car. I'm hopeful that this car goes the distance as I'm getting near retirement age and put very low miles on cars. We'll see about reliability a few years from now.

There was no pressure to stray from what I needed and wanted. When my lease is up I will definitely be returning. *Buick Envision was not an option in the drop box but that is what I leased.

Just got one. KIA was picked as JD POWER"S #1 most reliable car brand for 2022. Just found that out after I bought the Seltos. Nicely finished and all controls very intuitive-they put it together well so far as for materials and design. Very pleased with it so far.

Renée was wonderful. I was looking for a Tesla for about a month. When we finally connected, she actually brought the car to my home. My mother has mobility issues and the reason we’re buying a Tesla is to make it easy for her to get in and out of the car. When we found out that she could get in and out Renée and I drove back to the dealership and worked out of paperwork it was a great experience. I can’t thank Renée enough.

Got an oil change and tire rotation done quickly and well. Was done in less than an hour. No shenanigans.

Marley Kazeka was really helpful in understanding our extended warranty packages. Originally Jeff had explained them at the time we purchased the car but months later we came back in and Marley did a proper job explaining, an excellent job really. AND she is totally and unbelievably gorgeous and charming, which always helps. Another thing we found was that the service department was especially caring and nurturing, especially Erica Hughes. Really made us feel good about the maintenance we were receiving at Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor. We are really happy with the deal we got from Marty Albee, you never know if the deal you are getting is a good one or a bad one till a year or two later, and this was a really good deal including the extended warranties! The vehicle runs great and no problems at all!

I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues

The technician (I've asked for the same one for all 10 years with no arguments whatsoever, Bill M.) is a top professional and continues to care for my Camaro like his own. This is our 5th business with Halleen Kia and Jim take good care us for the third time. He made sure we will get what we need. He is already part of the family, he always keep checking on us on how we are doing. We are not really looking for a car but due to unfortunate circumstances we lost our vehicle and we need a replacement. Funny part is Jim just greeted me anniversary for taking the vehicle couple years ago. And I mentioned to him what happened and on the spot he took care of what we need.. He is really sweet, kind, and awesome. My family will always be thankful to him and I highly recommend him!!!
