The Sales person listened to my concerns and was very thorough in explaining what was available and that was important to me. We have a car shortage and we will need to order the colors you requested. So I figured I come back in a weeks time let him do more investigating. When I came back the following week, we talk serious business and I was satisfied with the outcome on my leased Cadenza being turned in for a New Soul.

The salesman did a great job and even though I didn't buy the car I was interested in, it was because the salesman had the integrity not to sell it to me as soon as he learned there was a transmission issue with it. The honesty was refreshing.

Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.

Great experience with Motion and the salesperson Jamie. Polite, professional and felt no pressure. She was able to answer all our questions and get the order in for our Telluride. The Telluride was delivered ahead of the promised time and there were no delivery issues. Very easy and pleasant car buying experience.

I had great experience with Eric Pena at Abeloff Nissan. He did good in getting all the necessary arrangements and document processes done for me to get my Nissan car. I never felt pressure to just buy something. I never felt obligated to accept something I didn't love. He worked very hard to get something we could afford. The sales manager, Nate, did everything he could for us as well. We left with a 2021 Nissan Rogue and we love the car and we're happy with the deal.
