He worked quickly, making sure we weren't waiting too long but accurately, taking time not to make mistakes. We really had an awesome experience at great lakes Kia and will absolutely be returning if in need of another vehicle! Nick was great, had slight issue setting up kia connect app stuff. But that’s on technology not always cooperating, not the salesman. Great low pressure sales guy that seems like his style is treating himself and the customers well after seeing his name on most every plaque for sales excellence in the place. Great experience overall.

I've had 2 great experiences leasing from Great Lakes Kia - a 2022 Sportage and recently a 2024 Sportage. It has always been a no-pressure and hassle-free experience. They have have also both times taken the time to explain the financing to my satisfaction, and the results have been fair.
