This was the 2nd Kia dealership I visited looking for a 2020 Soul S and the difference between dealerships was like night and day. I received service recently at Ourisman Kia concerning a recall notice involving its electrical wiring. I am grateful for the tech people and customer service folk there for remediating it quickly, efficiently and courteously. I dealt in person with a staffer named Diego. Bought a Kia Telluride from John Sasso. John was great and very helpful. The buying process was very efficient. John even helped us entertain our 2 year old while we were signing papers.

Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.
