I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Unfortunately there was a problem with the charging and we had to bring it back several days later to get worked on. Jessica was our Sevice Representative and she was very sweet and professional. It took awhile for the problem to be fixed but Lionel (the Service Manager) ensured that we had a loaner for the time that our car was in the shop. The GM, Joe Fernandez, was involved every step of the way. We felt that the Clay Cooley Kia team had our best interests at all times.

I had a great experience with Nallely Ramirez. She was so respectful throughout the process. I never felt pressured and she's even contacted me since I bought my new Sorento. Sometimes sales reps try harder than they should and take up more of your time than is necessary. Nallely didn't do that. She was great and I highly recommend her. I would use Clay Cooley for service but the dealership is too far so I'll use a KIA dealership closer to home. Nallely would have discussed all of the service aspects with me but it just was not necessary at that time. This is my second KIA Sorento! I'm definitely a fan.
