We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. I was looking into trading in my 2021 Kia Telluride LX for a 2022 Kia Telluride EX. I was looking for a specific color with 2nd row bench seating. Liz was my initial online point of contact and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was one coming in in a week and a half and since this suv is high on demand she advised me to come in asap to get trade in appraisal and price on new one coming in. Decided to go in and that’s when Sean helped us. He was exceptional. He made us feel at ease from the very beginning and answered all our questions and concerns.
