I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.

We recently visited Great Lakes Kia in search of a new family vehicle, not positive we wanted to lease or purchase sooner or later. Was greeted as soon as I pulled the car in. Talked to a gentlemen who checked me in and got me going. He also mentioned some things my car would need besides an oil change. I went ahead and had the reccomended work done. On top of the recommended work he texted me again with additional reccomendations seen from the mechanics which was a wheel alignment and new tires. I accepted the wheel alignment, as I already had a appointment for new tires on 6-30-25. Last bue not least had a fuel induction cleaning. All services were performed and in a timely manner. The car wash at the end was phenomenal as well, the car was dirty.

First time with Cody and he was great! Also, Christine is always a fantastic employee who always make me feel like I’m the only customer that she cares about! Even though I know I am not the only one.!

I love my 2022 K5 and everyone was very nice but there have been a couple hiccups. I purchased dent and paint warranty but when I took my car in for a dent I was told they couldn’t cover it and ordered me a paint pin. So that’s thousands of dollars for no reason. I took my car in because my car sometimes stall and they service girl pretty much told me that I have to wait for my car to break down to see what’s wrong and then I asked about my tire warranty I was told they don’t do that but perilli told me they should because they sold the tires. I just left
