My service provider was Robby. I made the app on Tue for Thur. I got in and out in about 45 min. It was routine oil change but still I was in and out very quickly.

Outstanding service from both Chris and Jeremy. They make it a pleasure to come in and bring our car in for its routine maintenance. They are always cheerful and helpful, and they try hard to make it a pleasant experience.

Vehicle was sold before I was able to speak to a sales person. No problem! They were working on it before I inquired about it.

Elijah and Joseph and two of the car dealers I had worked with. Overall I got to work with a lot more people as everyone is helpful and gives you information and suggestions. Highly recommend dealing with Elijah and Joseph when buying at Greenway Kia. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel pressured to buy the step up model. Very knowledgeable and gave great insight on the vehicles I was looking at buying. Joseph was great with welcoming and proving information. He was super chill and let me do my thing while I was on site. I visited the dealership 3-5 times before buying and each time they were there for support not to push me to buy. My deal was fantastic and they are whining to work with you on your purchase.

I walked in to Kia auto. And wanted to look . Jeff walked up and found my car in 5 minutes . The color and the make . It was perfect Jeff was very helpful . Answered all my questions . By the end of the day I drove off the lot in my new car .. Jeff was very professional , very nice loved his personality . Kia has a very valuable employee employee . I liked how trusting the manager was with the situation to allow me to take the vehicle for a few days to test it out before choosing to purchase. Beau Button was a great sales rep. He was very kind, courteous, and made it clear that he was focused on helping me with anything through the process. I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I appreciated him being very authentic throughout the process.

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership.
