I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

Marley Kazeka was really helpful in understanding our extended warranty packages. Originally Jeff had explained them at the time we purchased the car but months later we came back in and Marley did a proper job explaining, an excellent job really. AND she is totally and unbelievably gorgeous and charming, which always helps. Another thing we found was that the service department was especially caring and nurturing, especially Erica Hughes. Really made us feel good about the maintenance we were receiving at Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor. We are really happy with the deal we got from Marty Albee, you never know if the deal you are getting is a good one or a bad one till a year or two later, and this was a really good deal including the extended warranties! The vehicle runs great and no problems at all!

I cant express enough what a pleasant experience I had getting my new Kia Soul. Duane was exceptional! He walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. Mike was great going through all the paperwork. Duane went above and beyond taking time to come to my home to go over all the bells and whistles. I would recommend Kia Spitzer.
