My experience was very pleasant because my sales consultant was very informative. He asked questions which helped ensure the car I purchased was right for me. He reviewed my car maintenance schedule which I understand because of my previous lease. I purchased my car Saturday and he called me Monday. I am very happy with my new lease.

Car buying can be a tedious process. I had been in the thick of car buying for about 2 weeks when Martial from Halleen Kia contacted me. From the first phone call, I felt seen, supported and I knew that I was in good hands. Everything went so smoothly. All information given was up front so I could make an informed decision and he was very considerate of what my particular needs were. Martial was phenomenal! The Team at Halleen was dynamic! first of all, I had a major engine issue something I’ve never dealt with before I was taken care of by a young man named Darius Roberts. Apparently he had been new on the job, but he handled my issue very professionally. He was straight up about everything that I needed to have to supply for the warranty to look into the issue of my engine, he was honest and straight up about cost of and timing. As far as me being patient he answered my phone calls. He answered all my questions and he was very direct and very professional over a six week period or so he was able to negotiate with the warranty company, which was intern able to put in a new engine in my car. I realize that this was a really big issue and it took a lot of negotiating and also a lot of communication with me to provide him with the proper receipts and things needed to accomplish the repair of my car so I believe that it was great experience and Darius did an excellent job in the end I was able to get my car repaired and pay the cost for just looking into the engine which he had already quoted to me upfront there were no surprises the professionalism the communication I really appreciate it so I will give him a 10.

Absolute amazing job by my good friend Simon. Could?ve have asked for a better representative to do business with to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.
