Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours.
