He reviewed my car maintenance schedule which I understand because of my previous lease. I purchased my car Saturday and he called me Monday. I am very happy with my new lease.

I was shopping for a used vehicle and drove off with a new vehicle- excellent service, no pressure and a lot of inventory to choose from.

first of all, I had a major engine issue something I’ve never dealt with before I was taken care of by a young man named Darius Roberts. Apparently he had been new on the job, but he handled my issue very professionally. He was straight up about everything that I needed to have to supply for the warranty to look into the issue of my engine, he was honest and straight up about cost of and timing. As far as me being patient he answered my phone calls. He answered all my questions and he was very direct and very professional over a six week period or so he was able to negotiate with the warranty company, which was intern able to put in a new engine in my car. I realize that this was a really big issue and it took a lot of negotiating and also a lot of communication with me to provide him with the proper receipts and things needed to accomplish the repair of my car so I believe that it was great experience and Darius did an excellent job in the end I was able to get my car repaired and pay the cost for just looking into the engine which he had already quoted to me upfront there were no surprises the professionalism the communication I really appreciate it so I will give him a 10.

I have been coming to this Dealership for years and have gotten 2 cars. Everytime I come out Erica is there at the service desk to help me. She is kind, patient, thoughtful and we have great conversations. She is truly a great asset to Mentor Kia.
