After locating a car we were interested in online on the Lokey Subaru website, we were contacted by Chris Baird promptly. We made an appointment for a couple of days later. Chris met us, showed us the car, we went on a test drive, discussed our trade, and moved forward with the purchase of our new 2025 Outback Limited. The experience was extraordinary really. We felt no pressure whatsoever. It was a positive experience in all ways. I've had plenty of experience with the dealership and parts/service departments from having purchased our Forester there back in 2019. I travelled from Dunnellon to purchase from that dealership rather than go to Ocala. That should speak volumes right there. If you're looking for a Subaru, give Chris a call. I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.

This dealership is truly different from others. I've purchased 2 vehicles in 6 months with Alex Cletus (salesperson) because of the experience I received with my first purchase. I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.
