Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

The service department has a very special individual there that makes this very first interaction by a customer amazing. Tony, what a gem and a diamond in the rough in a industry that has been labeled with so many negatives. I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.
