He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had! I was looking to trade our car but not in a rush until we got what we needed. Lace Simmons was my salesperson and a perfect fit. She is not pushy or forceful but truly was making sure I got all I wanted if I were to purchase from Kia. She followed through when Crown had just received in a new Sorento with everything I wanted. ! I came right in where i then met with Nick from financing. Again, not pushy but very kind and worked hard to get me the financing I needed to go through with the purchase. I have never felt so listened to and respected for how I needed this process to go after having experienced a horrible prior Honda purchase. The dealership, the people, the car...all fabulous! I have had alot of cars in my life but the new Kia Sorento is by far my favorite! If you want to go to a wonderful dealership, go to Crown Kia! If you want the best salesperson there is, you must ask for Lace Simmons!!

Hey, I had a wonderful experience at Crown Kia with Kateryna and Dexter. They both were very very helpful and I think that they should get rewarded for something in that dealership because they take care of their customers and they really work with them
