I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Our sales manager James (Jimmy) Kirchner was especially helpful. He explained everything clearly to us, got us a great deal, and provided a hassle free buying experience.

Great car and the more I drive it, the more I love it. You get a ton of value but at 40k, the SX line needs a better sounds system.

I really love this SUV. I love the look and feel of it. I got this vehicle last February and am still figuring out all the things it can do. Love the warranty! The seats are a just a tad bit hard.

One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Dan Girolamo was the most personable, non pushy, professional Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. Barry and the staff were all amazing. We were there for quite awhile but Dan constantly asked if we needed drinks, snacks and even offered to order a pizza. Wonderful experience. So happy with my new Kia Forte. Absolutely LOVE it.

I have used 3 NJ Kia dealerships for service on my 2019 Soul. All repairs were warranty only as the basic Soul powertrain is bulletproof. My fave dealer is JCity: 1) it is closest to my garage on NYC Westside, 2) they r very professional and even for major service, just had 60K, in and out in under 2 hours! All Kia dealer service is excellent, just JC is best for me.

My salesperson Shah is wonderful. This is my second lease with him and he is always willing to work with me. He is very professional, patient and kind. He makes my leasing experience as uncomplicated and easy as possible. During the purchase process and afterwards, he takes the time to answer all of my questions. Wilson, in the finance area, was also great to work with and explained everything. I had a great experience with them at Paul Miller Honda!
