I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

I worked with Izzy and he was great. Very knowledgeable and made the experience easy. The Sales Manager, Anes was also a big help in getting my wife and I taken care of. Eric in finance made it as painless as finance can make things.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Great car and the more I drive it, the more I love it. You get a ton of value but at 40k, the SX line needs a better sounds system.

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

They even have an area with cubicles where you can work or have more privacy if needed. As well as a separate adjacent more family oriented waiting room with play area accommodations for guests with children or just a place where you can hang out while you wait. Water and coffee are complementary provided, there are well stocked vending machines and areas to charge electrical devices. Wonderful experience and my car looks and runs great! Every department in this establishment was a pleasant experience. Our sales rep Cassandra was super relatable and understood exactly what we wanted. Ryan the manager made sure to do everything he could to give us an amazing and honest deal. The financial employee made sure to give that same experience. They all deserve a raise. We haven't been able to stop recommending this dealer. It was truly a breathe of fresh air compared to the pushy and manipulative dealers all around. It really is appreciated. 10 STARS I’ve been coming to this location for few years and overall, I have to say that they are very attentive. When they list and explain the problem with my van, they are always clear. Marco from Service Department always goes above and beyond…the best experience. From pulling into the garage to getting my rodder fix, to rental car, he made it a stress-free transaction. Which I believe, is how it should be. Marco is always friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot forget Carlos who helped walked me through rental car yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and patience to my questions. Then the other Marco from Service Porter did a fantastic job washing and cleaning my van. I mean, my van looked brand new…he was very thorough. I have never experienced this kind of service. My one-hour commute to this location is totally worth it. Great hire manager. Even though this facility is a first come first serve basis they can get very busy here sometimes, but when I come in when they first open or even at 9am I am usually out the door within 1-2 hours. The staff/check-out will do what they can to help speed the process. It really depends what type of work you need to be done.

Very straightforward process buying a BMW x5 with them. The car passed inspection with flying colors and the Wally was easy to work with, transparent with no hidden fees. Would recommend these guys!
