New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Bainbridge, OH

first of all, I had a major engine issue something I’ve never dealt with before I was taken care of by a young man named Darius Roberts. Apparently he had been new on the job, but he handled my issue very professionally. He was straight up about everything that I needed to have to supply for the warranty to look into the issue of my engine, he was honest and straight up about cost of and timing. As far as me being patient he answered my phone calls. He answered all my questions and he was very direct and very professional over a six week period or so he was able to negotiate with the warranty company, which was intern able to put in a new engine in my car. I realize that this was a really big issue and it took a lot of negotiating and also a lot of communication with me to provide him with the proper receipts and things needed to accomplish the repair of my car so I believe that it was great experience and Darius did an excellent job in the end I was able to get my car repaired and pay the cost for just looking into the engine which he had already quoted to me upfront there were no surprises the professionalism the communication I really appreciate it so I will give him a 10.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Absolute amazing job by my good friend Simon. Could?ve have asked for a better representative to do business with to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

This was my first time car shopping so I didn't know what to expect or how to go about things. Then Dale came and took care of me and it was exactly what I needed. He relieved the tension because I was with my father and felt he would pressure me into a car I wouldn't want. But dale came and was awesome he gave me a nice run through and helped me narrow it down and showed me really nice selections. He just made it nice and easy and I felt really comfortable. I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues
