New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Callahan, FL

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

I'm 70 years old so I have been to many dealerships for service over the years. I have been consistently impressed with the service and the employees at SS Kia. Makayla Mason was another example of the caring culture this dealership has created. Makayla was "on it". Very professional, extremely nice and she engendered confidence in the calm way she handled every single aspect of my service call. SS Kia clearly has the best service department I have ever experienced. In barely 2 years I have bought 2 Kia's and I have loved them both, especially my 2023 Sportage. my sales person was Sarah Mitchell, and I gotta tell ya she spent a lot of time with me and every question I had she answered anything they say at work as a team if she had something she wasn’t sure she had other people around there were right there ready to help when I called in for a question, I got another gentleman and he said he would solve it for me and he did come. I just said before it was truly a pleasure working with all of the people there they were very knowledgeable and courteous.
