New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Troy, OH

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I have been around the block a few times due to my age. My experience began as I was in need of a good used vehicle with high MPG. There was nothing available in inventory but Mr Barnett had a 2017 Ford focus as a lease vehicle. It was offered to me for purchase. I bought the car with just a bit over 50 K miles. Drive train warranty was granted at no additional cost. An extended warranty was offered. I have never purchased such. Upon asking for a copy of the contract, I was impressed to find a one page contract that essentially said, you have a problem with your vehicle, bring it to me and we will fix it. Believing that the proof is in the pudding, I purchased the warranty. I should add here that I am a USMC veteran and have had experience with Mr Barnett in a veteran capacity and those experiences gave me confidence. Fast forward to today. My Ac died. I brought it in on Tuesday. Scott and his staff diagnosed, ordered a compressor and had it in, checked out and vehicle ready before noon Wednesday. This type of service in this industry is unheard of today. Everyone told me to prepare myself for the big shaft. The "shaft" I got was for Scott to drive the vehicle to me with a handshake thanking me for giving Barnett the opportunity to serve me. I am grateful and appreciate this outfit, they are second to none. You are a blessing to consumers and an honor to yourselves. Thank you, thank you, and God bless. Repeat customer for sure! BTW...I GET 40 MPG ON HIGHWAY

Fantastic car-buying experience at Kia Santa Monica, all thanks to Jason who is the most non-salesy salesperson (thank you!). Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we got a great deal on the car we were looking for. Honestly wish we could buy all our cars from him and then go out for a beer afterward. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the bustling atmosphere, but due to our scheduled appointment, we waited briefly before Ron greeted us. Ron was exceptionally courteous, guiding us through various vehicles within my budget. Although my initial search yielded no results, Ron persisted, showcasing additional cars and highlighting attractive deals, ultimately leading me to discover a new 2025 model. The overall experience was outstanding.

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!!
