There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Fast, friendly service.Fully explained the whole process and made it easy.I drove for hours to New Jersey to look at a couple lemons only to find a great deal 45 minutes from home at CarMax Easton.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Excellent customer service. Lots of inventory. Prices are fair. I would recommend new customers to dealership. Friendly group people. Would come back again thank you.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Jeremy was perfectly kind and professional. Had to wait many weeks for the parts to come in for the repairs to be done on my car . He was able to get me a loaner vehicle for so many weeks was truly a blessing. I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.

What a great dealership! Ross helped us find the perfect car for our family. He was so patient with us as we looked. Never pushy….just so helpful. Hank helped us finalize our purchase. He went above and beyond what was expected. Seriously…..such a great dealership!

I ha a minor Ac problem. They fit me in late the next day and did a needed oil change saving me another appt. Conformable waiting area, knowledgeable desk staff! Typical dealer high costs however !

Marla was our salesperson , she was fantastic. We felt very comfortable working with her. She was very informative and very helpful showing us all the features of the Sportage. We never felt any pressure during the whole process. We are very happy with our new vehicle and I was impressed when she called the next day to see how we were doing with our new car.I would highly recommend Halleen Kia to anyone. Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.
