New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Harvard, MA

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Very easy process with buying a sorento hybrid. Kenny R. was wonderful to deal with. And no up charge above sticker price, other dealerships we went to charged between $3,000- $8,000 above sticker.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Yes I would absolutely recommend this dealer to a friend. Jose Mendes was great during the process of buying my car. Jose was able to answer every question I had about the process of buying the car and about the car itself. Jose definitely made the process of buying a car much easier and less stressful.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Incredibly polite, honest, and helpful staff. We had to have body work done after some road debris damage, and Marc (head of the body shop) made absolutely sure that the right things were assessed and completed expertly. KIA had apparently sent Lev some defective replacement parts, but Marc pushed them hard to resend the parts they needed to be able to make the repairs absolutely invisible. He was delightful to deal with. I actually can't imagine better service!

Our salesman Tommy abreau was very helpful and the whole experience was very pleasant. I will be doing business here again in the future. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Had a great experience with the manager Chris, as well as their sales team. They are very professional and attentive. Went in around 9am left with my brand new Kia Optima around 4pm. Chris was very easy going, professional and up front and transparent with me from the start. Would definitely recommend purchasing your new Kia from Nashua Kia

Service department is top notch, with friendly staff attentive to the customers safety and satisfaction. Called the service department for seatbelt and turn signal indicator lights randomly coming on and spoke with Warren. His immediate concern was safety and asked to bring the car in that afternoon for it to be checked. He suggested an oil change while I was there since it was due. He informed me about all the findings and he was right on time with the time he quoted for car to be ready! I have always been extremely satisfied with Kia in both the buying process and service.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and Andres Marquez was truly the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made the entire process stress free. Andres took time to explain my new car to me and helped me with everything from start to finish. He has a wonderful, pleasant personality. I highly recommend Andres to anyone looking for a Kia.

I ha a minor Ac problem. They fit me in late the next day and did a needed oil change saving me another appt. Conformable waiting area, knowledgeable desk staff! Typical dealer high costs however !

Sales Rep Chrystyan was amazing to work with. Chrystyan, his GM Austin and Sales Manager Dave helped make my choice for a new Kia Optima easy and stress free. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and made the whole car dealership and car purchasing experience so easy. They got me at my price point with no back and forth, and listened to me and what I wanted. We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima, and after my great experience with them, my son's girlfriend went to Sales Rep Chrystyan and purchased a 2019 Kia Forte. On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Ron Bouchard and would gladly consider doing business with them again in the future.

I have researched many cars and done tons of shopping over the past few months, and went into this dealership on a whim. Although they had limited staff, I never had to wait or felt my time was disrespected. Both staff members were extremely knowledgeable and were able to assist myself and other customers properly. I had not researched or considered Chia prior to popping in but I am glad that I did. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they have been completely attentive, even after we left the lot.
