There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Service is very good here at Hendricks. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and concerned if there are any issues you are having. If they find any issues, they come and advise you what the issue is and what the cost will be. The service is completed in a timely manner which is very good. Their facilities are very nice and are cleaned often. Another nice thing is you get a free car wash with your service.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Hendrick Kia of Concord for anyone looking to buy/lease a car. And if you do, definitely ask for Zack Chomentowski. He has been by far the best car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Never once did I ever feel pressured to buy a car. He was very patient, laid back, and answered all of our questions. The entire experience felt more like a friend or family member helping us than a car dealer who we just met that day. We live out-of-state and our experience was so great with this dealership that I would make the drive again and again because they are that good. Everyone from Zack to the finance department, to the parts and services department were wonderful! We ended up getting two cars from Hendrick Kia in one day because #1, you can’t beat their selection. They have everything. That dealership is huge! And #2, their service really is unbeatable. You can tell they care about their customers and want you to leave a happy customer the first time around and I’m a hard one to please. So that says a lot!
