New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Ponce Inlet, FL

Noah Roman is a very detailed, perdon with excellent customer service. He always explain things clear and in a timely manner. He has a good attitude and makes sure the job is done accurately. Every time I go for my oil change I always as for him to take care of me. Noah is an asset to Kia. The rest of the staff seem to be very nice and the dealership is always clean and organize.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

All the service staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I was given an approximate time of completion of the work and my Kia was finished being serviced accordingly. I appreciate the customer service at this service center and will continue to go there when my car needs work. Thank you Tyler and Chris. The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend
