New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Bel Air South, MD

Today we purchased a 2025 KIA K5 GT-Line AWD. We drove 60+ miles from Pennsylvania. It was definitely worth the drive. Earlier in the week we tried to purchase the same vehicle at a dealer closer to our location. That didn’t go very well. So I contacted This dealership from the Cars.com app. I was contacted by Erik and within about 30 minutes we had a deal. No xx no ridiculous sales pitches. Just straight forward sales. Sunny was also involved in this deal and was also great to deal with. We picked the car up this morning and drove it home. What a great experience we had at this dealership. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Great Dealership and I would recommend to customers

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!
