There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Top notch in every department, other dealerships should follow their lead! From beginning to end was totally hassle free. I would highly recommend this dealership!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

We purchased a new Telluride sight unseen from out of state. JT Ohanlon was wonderful to work with in coordinating all the paperwork and other things needed to complete the transaction. JT is friendly and knowledgeable. Jim Miller in the finance department was also super helpful to work with. Jay was very professional with the purchase of my 2024 KIA K5. Such a beautiful car. It was a pleasure to meet Jay. He answered all my questions in a specific detailed manner. Helped set up many things in my new car, like when you get a new cell phone and figure it out. New cars often have more buttons, and every button has a meaning. I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.
