There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we got a great deal on the car we were looking for. Honestly wish we could buy all our cars from him and then go out for a beer afterward. We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Purchased a car at KIA of Carson. JC was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He went over the car features and pointed out the differences between the cars we were looking at. He was patient and friendly.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. I was greeted by Tristin as I walked in the door and we discussed my needs (Hybrid) he showed me the Niro and a Sportage. The Sportage is amazing but just too big. During my test drive I absolutely fell in love with what would become my new car. It was late and I was getting cranky so I told Tristin we had to finish the sale and paperwork on the next day. Next day I walked into the sales office. Tristin had the day off. I worked with Joe (totally amazing) and I told him I wanted to buy the car and to give me the total price and final numbers that will get me out the door. The only extras I wanted were the interior and exterior protection coating and extended warranty. After a few minutes Joe came out with my numbers and all that was left was to agree on the term of the loan. Next stop was the finance guy. Traditionally I have dreaded dealing with the finance guy because of all the services they try to get you to buy. Not at Kia Pomona. Finance manager was friendly and did everything he could to get my paperwork quickly finished. The Niro already had the exterior and interior protection. All that was left was the extended warranty. Joe quoted me a middle protection level price. Finance showed me the difference between the middle of the road and the premium policy. Premium had better protection and didn’t cost much more so I went with that. 90 minutes and 3,000 signatures on sales documents later I drove home in a spectacular new car. I was extra pleased because I felt I got a fair price and got to work with some amazing people who made sure I was getting the correct car at the best possible rice.

Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service I am greeted and attended exceptionally well. I tend to ask for Yuri, as she has offered me great customer service. She goes above and beyond her line of work. She patiently hears my concerns and offers her expert advice with a smile. I highly recommend asking for Yuri and going to this Kia of Carson. Keep up the great work 👍.

Nate was the best he definitely went above and beyond and made sure I was getting everything that i wanted he also went out his way in told Me personal stories on the cars what I wanted to give me a better visual of the car and if it was for me , he didn’t just try and tell me what ever to get me to buy what ever he made sure to get me to buy a car that I truly wanted so Nate ! The Pomona Kia dealership has always treated my family and I really well. I believe my family members have walked out with six or seven cars from this particular dealership. I was running very late for my oil change and called to see if they were able to get me in that same day. The worker by the name of Kassandra was very polite and helpful and still got me in for my oil change. It's employees like her , that keep costumers willing to come back and buy from Pomona Kia. Well i been back to the service department 3 times already after I left for a year because the service i was getting it was horrible with lock of knowledge. But after Erick the new manager did listing to our concern and change all the bad employees with superb knowledgeable employees who really cares about our needs and they do listing to our concerns specially i am very please with Maykel Avanecian a new Representative who is super knowledgeable and help you with all your needs and peoplekke him is what Kia downtown Service Department wa missing. So congratulations to Erick again for hiring and excellent employees.
